How to Make Rice Paper Croissants
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, mix almond butter, honey, and cinnamon.
- Soften one sheet of rice paper in warm water for 10 seconds.
- Place 1 tbsp of filling at one edge of the rice paper and roll tightly into a crescent shape.
- Repeat for all rice paper sheets.
- Place on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden and crisp.
